Domestic Roofing
Central Roofing offers general roofing repairs and maintenance including the Fitting of Velux windows, tile work, re-pointing of chimneys and ridges. Also we can design and fit canopies to suit your needs while also offering a choice of soffits, fascias and gutters. Car ports and small garages can also be made to the customers specification.
Industrial Roofing
Whether it's aluminium or steel we can offer to supply and fit. Repairs and replacements can be carried out on all aspects of cladding including roof lights. Asbestos repairs can be fixed by using fibre cement profiles or GRP. Tactray and roof tile systems are also another services offered by us. Central Roofing are licensed to fit Key Bemo and Sika Trocal rubber membranes.
Flat Roofing
Single ply membranes act as a substitute to felt as it does not crack nor need the use of a naked flame to fit. The membranes are flexible, will not tear, split or crack and comes with a 15 year guarantee. The use of GRP as a flat roofing material is now a well proven and trusted product for new and refurbished roofs. It is built up by using layers of chopped strand mat and resin layed on plywood. GRP available in a variety of colours. We are licensed to supply and install the ALWITRA roofing systems and also Kingspan Topdek insulated single ply roofdeck.
Bird Deterrents
Bird deterrents are a humane way of controlling birds. Ranges from bird netting, plastic spikes and wire to help repel the pests. Central Roofing offer the service to supply and fit the bird control systems.
GRP
Glass Reinforced Polyester can be used for flat roofs instead of two ply felt. Vents and flues can be easily sealed around, examples of this work can be found by clicking on the Photo Gallery link in the navigation bar.
Guttering
We offer the service to supply and fit aluminium, galvanised steel or UPVC guttering systems. Damaged gutters can be replace or fitted with a rubber liner or GRP.
Cleaning
We provide various cleaning services including high powered jet cleaning and also smaller jobs eg. guttering etc.
Other Services
We offer a choice of fascias, soffits, rainwater pipes in aluminium with a powder coated finish (Various colours available) / mill finish, steel or UPVC. In addition to this an on site spray paint service is offered. Also we are licensed to remove small amounts of white asbestos.
